Roaring Meg Retail Park - Stevenage
Having
previously achieved a number of widened planning permissions and retail
mezzanines for Aberdeen Asset Management at the out-of-centre Roaring Meg
Retail Park, NTR Planning recently secured planning permission for the
provision of a new Debenhams department store and other reconfiguration works
affecting the retail park. We are currently working towards a planning
permission to enable Marks & Spencer to open a Foodhall at the park.
York Designer Outlet Centre
The York Designer
Outlet Centre is a successful retail and tourist destination linked to York
City Centre by a Park & Ride facility. We are working with McArthurGlen to extend
the Outlet Centre and to secure the removal of this previous Major Development
Site from the green belt.
Brotherhood Retail Park - Peterborough
Following
the historic achievement of a lawful open A1 use of Brotherhood Retail Park,
NTR Planning worked closely with Peterborough City Council on behalf of
Aberdeen Asset Management to secure planning permission for the modernization
and extension of the retail park including the provision of over 8,000 sq.m of
additional floorspace. Tenants of the retail park now include a Marks &
Spencer flagship store, Next, H&M and Asda Living. NTR Planning has continued
to work with Peterborough City Council to accommodate further national
retailers within the park through amendments to the original planning
permission where necessary.
St James Retail Park - Knaresborough
NTR Planning has worked with Aviva Investors to establish Open A1 use of the majority of the retail park and secured consent for non-food retail mezzanines to provide greater flexibility for tenant occupation.

programme. We have a 100% success rate on all applications submitted, including
large scale mezzanine floors for new Currys mega-stores in out-of-centre
locations such as Purley Way, Croydon.
Two Rivers Shopping Centre, Staines
NTR
Planning has acted for Aberdeen Asset Management to deliver a wide range of
improvements to Two Rivers Shopping Centre, working with Spelthorne Borough
Council. Most recently we have achieved the grant of permission for the
demolition of a number of buildings on the High Street in order to provide a
new 150-bed hotel and additional retail floorspace.
